سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال
شروط الإرجاع
- يمكن إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم.
- يجب إرفاق الفاتورة الأصلية أو إثبات الشراء عند الإرجاع.
استثناءات
- لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لأسباب صحية وسلامة.
- لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام.
حالات الاستبدال أو الاسترداد الكامل
- إذا وصلك المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً عما طلبته، سنقوم باستبداله أو استرداد المبلغ كاملاً.
- يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام في حال وجود أي مشكلة.

تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: Sales@corpodouradosa.com مع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع، وسنرد عليك خلال 24–48 ساعة.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
- The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included.
Exceptions
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Replacement or Full Refund Cases
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any issue.
