Shipping Terms

Delivery and Shipping:

- Under normal circumstances: two to seven business days from the time of order confirmation. Sometimes, delivery may be delayed longer, which you will be notified of. Except for the BK app, which delivers orders on the same day, within two hours or less during business hours.

- Delivery fees for cash on delivery or credit card payments are SAR 25, including tax.

- Delivery is provided by the companies listed in the order process, and the customer can choose whichever option suits them best.

- We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, based on our experience. Therefore, the shipping company selected by the customer may be changed to expedite delivery.

- If you do not receive your order, we can arrange another delivery date, or you can obtain additional information from the delivery company.

- If you are unable to deliver your order, you may be required to pay additional delivery fees when the shipment is returned to the store.

Cancelling an Order:

We fully understand that you've changed your mind. Simply contact customer service at 0538522256, and we'll do our best to assist you, provided the order has not yet been processed.

If you cancel an order after it has been processed and shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a refund, with the shipping cost being borne by you.
