Return and Exchange Policy

Returns:

- Dear customers, we apologize for not accepting returns or exchanges of beauty and personal care products, even if they are in their original condition. This is due to Cour Podorado's concern for your safety.

Personal care products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- If the product does not conform to the purchase specifications, it may be returned provided that the product has not been opened or used. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order.

- The amount will be added to your Cour Podorado balance. If you wish to return it to your account, you will need to enter your account information.

- If the return period exceeds 7 days, Cour Podorado declines to accept returns.

- Cour Podorado guarantees all of its products. In the event of any damage or manufacturing error, customer service must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order to process the request.

- A shipping fee of 25 riyals will be charged, in addition to a return fee of 25 riyals, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
